CPM-WT Partnership worked closely with a number of interested parties to undertake this complicated Design and full fit out in the new Hospital being built by Laing O’Rourke, we were able through constant Liaison with the Main Contractor and ISS to deliver a modern Facility for Staff and the public, we adopted an approach of regular meetings to inform the parties involved which is a USP recognised by ISS as a benefit to a smooth delivery by CPM-WT Partnership
Project summary
We are an approved supplier to ISS who recommended us to Laing O’Rourke saying we could undertake a project of this considerable size with the ability and agility to offer modern and cutting-edge design along with high quality build finishes, which could be delivered in a building still under final construction.
Outcome
The project was completed over a three-month period it was delivered to the highest of standards and to the agreed timing and Budget, with the Chief Executive of the Hospital commenting at the opening “this without doubt is the absolute best Restaurant and Coffee shop Facility in the NHS”

The weekly site meetings with all the key stake holders greatly assisted in ISS being able to keep the Hospital Trust fully informed, about progress and any design amendments that might be necessary. Laing O’Rourke attended all of the weekly meetings ensuring the job went as expected to a very satisfactory conclusion”.
