To Provide a new Gastro Bar in central London directly opposite Tate Modern Gallery in the pedestrian precinct, with large outside seating space 60 people and internal space for 200 people plus.
Project summary
This project was a New Build Gastro Bar of 8000 sq. feet with an extensive food offer, Cocktails, Coffee, and an extensive Drinks range, this was the very first site For Drake and Morgan and developed in a very modern style to reflect the customer base in the location.
Outcome
The project was completed in 14 weeks working on-site in conjunction with the new Management team of Drake and Morgan, and their Financial investment company the Imbiba Partnership.
The Managing Director for Drake and Morgan commented,
“This was a new site and the very first for D & M so it could not be more important to us and had to succeed, we worked with CPM-WT to plan and execute this project which took 2 months of just planning and designing before we went onto site.
The outcome was perfect it was completed on time and opened to great success, a truly magnificent project from our perspective and we will look to use CPM-WT again”.
