Project journey
Our simple project process ensures our clients receive their project delivered on time and to budget while maintaining one point of contact throughout.
The Project is briefed fully by the client. Designs are discussed in full, with a concept outlined & agreed. The budget is agreed along with a construction strategy.
The design is drawn & presented for approvals. Designs will be aesthetically correct and operationally effective taking into consideration spatial planning.
From the approved design, a detailed costing package is produced and agreed with the client. Then a final Specification and Construction Phase plan is completed.
A full timescale & operational plan is agreed, with target completion date & site meetings to monitor the project progress.
Construction starts on site for the project with full CDM Co-ordination if required and all Health & Safety documents in place.
Working closely with the client the project is delivered within the agreed timescales and Budget, along with a full H & S file.
