To Refurbish an existing Pub changing its offer to more food orientation to become a Gastro Bar, set in a small village the Langton Arms was a destination drive to pub, with good Car Parking and featuring an open Kitchen, Capacity internally was120 with a Garden capacity of 40 people.
Project summary
This project was Refurbishment of an existing Pub and the first for a new company called The Red Cat Pub Company, the design and build was of a Traditional nature as would be expected in a village location.
Outcome
The project was completed in 7 weeks working on-site in conjunction with the Business Partners of Red Cat who wanted to be involved every step of the way, the job proceeded smoothly and opened on time and on Budget.
The Two Directors of The Red Cat Company issued a joint Statement upon opening saying.
“This Project was a first and we looked to CPM-WT for their help and Guidance throughout the job, the budget was always going to be tight but CPM-WT understood our needs and explained everything during our weekly meetings, it’s been a pleasure to work with CPM-WT and we look forward to a progressive expansion programme in the future working with them”.
