Provided a new Gastro Bar at Canary Wharf London, the location was next to all the Major Banks there was to be large outside seating space 50 people and internal space for 180 people plus.
Project summary
This project was a New Build Gastro Bar of 5.500 sq. feet with an extensive food offer, Cocktails, Coffee, and Drinks range, this was the second site For Drake and Morgan and followed on directly after the Refinery Bar Project, once again a very modern style to reflect the customer base in the location.
Outcome
CPM-WT– The project was completed in 12 weeks working on-site in conjunction with the new Management team of Drake and Morgan, and their Financial investment company the Imbiba Partnership. The problems encountered with Canary Wharf was their internal security, everyone had to have individual Passes and our deliveries were subject to continuous Checking which took 24 hours. This had to be accounted for when ordering materials.
The Managing Director for Drake and Morgan and the MD of Imbiba Investments commented,
“This was the second site for D & M and followed on from the success of the Refinery Bar, we engaged CPM-WT for the development as they had worked superbly with our staff and understood the need for Strict budget control within Imbiba, as with the previous project time was spent planning this project which took 3 months before we went onto site.
The outcome was a success it was completed on time and opened to much acclaim a good result from my team and that of CPM-WT.”
