Provided a new Coffee Shop in the Main building opposite the main Restaurant Entrance. This was a large Coffee shop with some 65 seats which serviced Staff and Visitors to the Hospital. The equipment provided. Catering Equipment, flooring, Lighting, Signage and Decoration.
Project summary
This project was a New Build of the Union House Coffee shop, its Location in the main building meant it was seen by many people within the Hospital, we therefore decide to design a large open frontage to draw customers into the shop and assist with queuing.
Outcome
The project was completed in 5 weeks working on-site in conjunction ISS Facilities Management and the Hospital Estates team, undertaking a major development in the Main building presented issues with Noise and Dust which had to be managed carefully.
The Regional Director for ISS Facilities Management @ the Coventry and Warwick Hospital said,
“This was a site ISS had always wanted and we had to beat a number of our competitors to secure it ISS then engaged CPM-WT to design and build the new Coffee shop, the whole process from initial design to gaining Hospital Trust agreement took more than two months, but once on-site CPM-WT completed the whole job in just five weeks which was a result beyond our expectation.”
