CPM-WT Partnership relocated and provided a Refresh for an existing Costa with new Equipment, flooring, Lighting , Signage and Decoration.
Project summary
This project was a Refresh of an existing Costa but to also relocate the new Costa into a much better retail position opposite the Main Square on Campus. We worked closely with the University Estates team to ensure our work wasn’t disruptive to the students at key times during exams.
Outcome
The project was completed in 4 weeks working on-site in conjunction with estates to minimalize noise and disruption at a critical time for Student examinations.
The Costa Coffee Area Manager Commented saying,
