Provided an upgrade to the existing Restaurant, with new counters Furniture, Flooring, and redecoration also a new external entrance redecoration.
Project summary
Whilst this project was a refresh ISS requested we took the opportunity to provide a new concept into the offer a “Sourced Deli” providing Fresh Wraps and Baguettes. This required the re-modelling of the counter to accept the new concept .
Outcome
CPM-WT Working out of hours and weekends CPM-WT were able to complete the project in 14 days which avoided significant disruption to the Staff as the Restaurant was traded throughout the project.
The ISS Area Director commented,
“It was imperative we continued to trade the Restaurant throughout the refurbishment and through the continued liaison with the Hospital Trust, ISS and CPM-WT this was achieved with quality results. An excellent outcome for us and all parties involved.”
