CPM-WT Partnership provided a new Coffee Shop in the building opposite the main Restaurant to be called Food to Go, the building was previously used as an Ice Cream Parlour and whilst the location was excellent the internal of the building was in a poor condition. The equipment provided. Catering Equipment, flooring, Lighting, Signage and Decoration.
Project summary
This project was a Re-branding exercise to change from an Ice Cream Parlour to a food takeaway outlet and Coffee shop, before any internal work could be undertaken several areas were renewed to improve the overall condition of the building.
Outcome
The project was completed in 3 weeks working on-site in conjunction with the Forestry England to ensure compliance with their wishes regarding the overall look and feel of the Food to Go unit.
The Mobilisation Manager for Vertas comment on the development as follows,
“Turning a former Ice Cream Parlour into a quality Food to Go/ Coffee shop wasn’t easy design wise but, CPM-WT came up with some excellent ideas which allowed the customer to access the site and prevent queuing, also working with Forestry England presented obvious challenges from a retail perspective verses the compliance side of the look and feel of the building but the end result was first class and all parties have been more than satisfied.”
