If your bid is successful, we will create a plan to deliver the mobilisation activities detailed in the ITT response. Our team will manage the implementation process, working closely with your workstream leads to ensure activities are completed on time and to the highest standards.

We will also develop and maintain a risk log with mitigating actions as required and will escalate key risks to your executive sponsor. In addition, we will attend commissioner engagement and update meetings, and highlight any identified external risks with commissioners. For example, if final TUPE information is delayed, we will ask the commissioning team to address this with the outgoing provider. This will ensure that your plan is implemented on schedule and in a professional manner, allowing you to focus on your day-to-day business.
