Project summary
This project was a New Build in the Main Restaurant to the rear, the working environment was a real challenge as the Restaurant was close to the Wards and noise had to be kept to a minimum, also the Restaurant had to trade throughout the build, this made it difficult regarding deliveries and Waste removal.
Outcome
The project was completed in 3 weeks working on-site in conjunction with Bouygues the estates team to minimalize noise and Dust levels inside a working Restaurant and the nearby Wards.
The Project Manager for the Estates Team Bouygues, commented saying,
“This was a difficult job, with just three weeks on site so it was imperative all aspects of the job were properly coordinated, our Estates Team and CPM-WT worked closely together to achieve that .
Health and Safety was a very important aspect to the success of this Project and working together CPM-WT and Bouygues produced a fine result,
