Provided a new Coffee Shop in the previously used Staff/ Doctors rest area adjacent to the main Restaurant, The Equipment Provided, Catering Equipment, flooring, Lighting, Signage and Decoration.
Project summary
This project was a New Build Coffee Shop located opposite the Main Restaurant and a new/upgraded Brand for the client, being the first of the New Union House Coffee shops.
Outcome
The project was completed in 4 weeks working on-site in conjunction with the estates team to minimalize noise and Dust levels inside a working Restaurant, which traded throughout the project.
The Regional Director for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital said,
“I personally have worked with CPM-WT for over five years, I utilise them because they spend a great deal of time planning the project and understanding what the client wants as a finished job. This sounds straight forward but very few companies do this”!!
