CPM-WT were approached by Moogies Ltd who, having purchased the Dinton Hermit which had been closed for ten years found they needed Professional help and advice to undertake a complete re-design and build of the site . CPM-WT were chosen for their ability to work with several authorities, Listed Building officers, County Council Highways Dept, Utility companies, Architects specialising in water culverts to highways, and Council Planners.

Project summary

It was identified in the early stages of the Clients briefing that this project would be long term some six months in all, and CPM-WT would need to Produce a design initially accepted by the client but then obtain all of the necessary agreements and consents from the Authorities in order to proceed on-site.

Outcome

CPM-WT Partnership succeeded in satisfying all parties needs and obtained consent to build the Pub, Restaurant and Accommodation to the exacting standards required by Listed Buildings and Planners but as importantly to the complete satisfaction to the client Moogies Ltd
